OUR WORK
BUILDING DIGITAL PRESENCE AND CREDIBILITY ONLINE
OVERVIEW
Ensuring Premier Modular’s digital presence represents the company’s vision, mission, values and corporate voice consistently across every social channel is central to this work. Pearl Comms worked with the marketing team to build credibility online through a structured B2B social media management programme tailored to a leading modular construction business.
A monthly schedule of posts covers X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with each post adapted to the platform’s tone, format and audience expectations. Weekly curation and director‑led LinkedIn engagement keep Premier Modular visible in key industry conversations, while a regular audit process ensures sales leads, recruitment enquiries and wider engagement are captured and responded to. The result is a coherent corporate digital presence that works as a genuine online reputation and marketing asset, driving website traffic and supporting business development and employer brand objectives.

THE CHALLENGES
Premier Modular operates in a complex B2B environment where credibility, consistency and responsiveness are critical. The challenge was to turn social channels into a genuine business asset, not just a broadcast tool, by aligning content with the company’s established vision, mission and values while driving tangible outcomes such as website traffic, enquiries and employer brand visibility.
The business also needed a way to involve senior leaders without creating additional pressure on their time or diluting corporate voice. With multiple platforms and audiences in play, keeping content coherent, timely and on‑brand demanded a structured process. Pearl Comms had to create a social media marketing approach that was disciplined enough to deliver results, yet flexible enough to respond to real‑time opportunities and engagement across sales, marketing and recruitment conversations.
THE SOLUTION
Pearl Comms began by defining the right mix of social channels and how each should reflect Premier Modular’s brand and website. A monthly content schedule was introduced, covering X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with posts tailored to each platform’s strengths – from visual storytelling and lighter memes to more formal thought leadership and employer brand updates.
Weekly curation ensured Pearl Comms engaged consistently with target communities from both the corporate profile and the accounts of three key directors, positioning Premier Modular as an active, visible player in its market. A weekly audit process captured and triaged engagement, so sales leads and recruitment enquiries were responded to quickly and appropriately. This blend of structured planning, director‑led LinkedIn engagement and responsive community management turned social media into a credible, measurable extension of Premier Modular’s marketing and communications activity.
THE RESULT
The programme has delivered clear, data‑backed improvements. Premier Modular’s social media following grew by 10% in a year, with the business now outperforming competitors on core engagement metrics. Organic post impressions reached around 700,000, with an organic engagement rate of 7% and more than 40,000 clicks through to the website. UTM‑tracked links showed a 61% increase in social click‑through. LinkedIn engagement rate sits at 5.8% versus a typical 3.8%, alongside an 11% rise in LinkedIn post views.
These gains translate into stronger web performance. Year‑on‑year, new users have increased by 10%, with visitors triggering more events per session and spending longer on site. Priority Rental and Permanent pages have seen rises in views per user and engagement time, supporting both pipeline development and deeper understanding of Premier Modular’s offer.
“We’d already spent a lot of time on our vision, mission and values, but the agency’s process is well thought-through and energising. They involved the whole company and challenged our thinking. We now know what we stand for. That collective focus is powerful.”
