OUR WORK
MASTERMINDING A HIGH PROFILE MINISTERIAL VISIT
OVERVIEW
Premier Modular wanted to maximise the impact of a high‑profile ministerial visit and ensure the event reinforced its position as a leading offsite manufacturer. Pearl Comms provided corporate communications support around Chancellor Rachel Reeves’ visit to the Yorkshire headquarters, managing the planning, messaging and coordination to turn the morning into a powerful platform for Premier Modular’s story.
The site was chosen as the backdrop for national media interviews across Sky, BBC and ITV, with BBC Radio 4’s Today Programme broadcasting live from the Brandesburton site. Pearl Comms acted as the link between Premier Modular, HM Treasury and other stakeholders, ensuring the visit – including site tour, factory walkthrough and briefing with Group CEO David Harris – ran smoothly and stayed tightly aligned to Premier Modular’s strategic narrative about the future of modular construction in UK infrastructure.

After the visit, the team maintained momentum by creating engaging video content, social media posts and a regional media relations, turning the ministerial morning into a wider communications asset that reinforced Premier Modular’s role in some of the UK’s most significant construction projects.
