From paid social campaigns to organic growth, we have worked with Potter Space to create and manage a dynamic and impactful social media strategy that complements its everyday business activities.

Potter Space values its customer base and provides stand-out support as part of its “Homes for Business” ethos. Having undergone a recent programme of new building on two of its sites, the business was seeking new occupiers to utilise the new warehouses to achieve their strategic and/or growth ambitions.

As part of our ongoing campaign, we create, design and re-purpose content across LinkedIn, X and Instagram, from company news and industry insights to units for sale. For our strategy to truly support the sales team, we implemented a paid social media campaign, promoting the units on site and improving the number of views per post.

Social media plays an integral role in Potter Space’s annual ‘BIG Things’ campaign. Using a mixture of sponsored and organic posts to promote the report and its findings, we were able to increase engagement and widen the reach of the campaign.
