With over nine years in the game, Nick is never one to shy away from getting involved. From getting to the bottom of a client’s purpose, understanding what makes them tick, he always makes sure that our PR connects businesses with the audiences that matter most.

With 12 years of marketing experience under her belt in sectors ranging from construction to franchising to education, Gemma is a dynamic account director who loves nothing better than streamlining processes for her clients. She has a keen eye for branding and budget management, and thrives when planning campaigns down to the letter, and if there is an event to organise, all the better!

Having worked with both B2B and B2C, in-house and agency side, Gemma is Pearl Comms’ secret weapon, bringing creative and practical solutions to all of her clients.

Charlotte has a passion for writing and an appetite to learn, with her motto being ‘Never stop growing!’ Creativity flows through Charlotte’s veins, making her the perfect person to add that ‘je ne sais quoi’ to your blog, press release or article.

As an experienced mixologist, you can expect all of Charlotte’s writing to have notes of freshness with undertones of creativity, pairing extremely well with a side of excellent results.

An experienced communications consultant, Christine guides clients through campaigns, which are designed to strengthen and differentiate their brand in their chosen markets.

A skilled crisis communications consultant and media trainer, she is used to advising senior stakeholders and is known for her tenacity and powers of persuasion.

Christine’s ability to scout out a media opportunity and craft technical copy, even on the most complex of topics, helps Pearl Comms’ clients to entrust her with getting results that shine.

Driven by a passion for social media, Elle started her career in marketing in 2022. Keen to get involved with all the creative sides of the industry, such as creating posts for clients and working with them to nail their social strategies, Elle’s looking forward to learning as much as she can at Pearl Comms.

With a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Liverpool and a masters in journalism from the University of Sheffield, content writing felt like a natural fit for Izzie.

With a passion for turning complex subjects into engaging pieces for a broad range of audiences, Izzie works on a variety B2B blogs, technical articles, press releases and more for a broad range of clients across a number of different sectors.

Outside of work, Izzie loves trying new vegetarian recipes, drawing, painting and exploring the beautiful coastline of Anglesey.

With over 7 years’ experience in financial and corporate comms, investor relations and stakeholder engagement, Rachael is an expert in creative story telling with a keen eye for driving business. Having worked in diverse industries from natural resources to agritech, she is able to advise and guide clients on all elements of great PR.

A master in amplifying client platforms across social media, including preparing businesses for IPO and further M&A activity, and with a strong background in crisis management, Rachael is a strategic thinker and safe pair of hands – trusted by clients to get things right even when the pressure is on.
