Our work started with Potter Space on a creative campaign to highlight research that had been conducted into the industrial and logistics sector, with a key focus on the small- to mid-box warehousing market.

We received an initial report that had been conducted in partnership with Savills, a FTSE 250 property company, and were asked to create an integrated digital campaign that was accessible to a wide audience comprising of industry experts, local authorities and the general public.

We undertook a total redesign of the report, created a beautifully crafted advert featuring a ballerina, and put together a digital plan that included social media, advertorial, thought leadership, webinars and more – gaining a spread of coverage across multiple digital channels to maximise the reach of the research.

Through events, media interviews and roundtable discussions, we have secured opportunities to elevate Potter Space’s brand within its industry, as well as establish the business as a thought leader at the forefront of its sector.
Since its release in September 2022, the report has been downloaded over 1,000 times, generating an uplift in traffic to the Potter Space website.
