PROLOGIS UK – Senior Leadership Training

Media training is the secret behind great interviews – whether those are on the radio or television or directly with a journalist – and it even helps with other speaking opportunities such as panels or webinars.

We have delivered numerous media training days for Prologis’ UK and European leadership teams. Held in a professional Media Centre, participants are able to practice in a ‘live’ radio and TV studio to get used to similar surroundings and gain an understanding of what things may look like on the day.

The day-long sessions include an intensive messaging workshop, information about the types of media interview and how to control them, as well as a number of practical sessions such as ‘down the line’ radio, live in-studio television and outside television broadcast.

Participants are additionally contacted ahead of the training day and interviewed without prep, to demonstrate how an ‘off the cuff’ interview can translate into print. Due to the seniority of the team, training days are further crafted around strategic and/or sensitive messaging.

Being Midlands-based, it was important for us to use a Midlands-based PR agency and, having worked with two members of the Pearl Comms team previously, they were a natural choice. We’ve been really impressed by their professionalism and the way they took the time to really get under the skin of our business and understand our objectives (and our challenges). Not only has Pearl helped us secure some great media coverage, they’ve also worked with us on crisis communications and media training for our senior leadership team. The people at Pearl Comms are talented, knowledgeable professionals and, above all, thoroughly nice human beings.
