CREATING A TRUSTED INNOVATOR

As an emerging brand in a market dominated by industry giants, QUAD Systems faced the unique challenge of breaking through the noise in the NMR spectroscopy industry. For this provider of cutting-edge technology solutions, standing out was all about shifting perceptions and establishing themselves as a credible alternative to the status quo. 

To position QUAD Systems as a trusted leader in the field, we implemented a comprehensive content-led approach, blending social media, website blogs, design work and paid social media strategy.  

Developing a content strategy 

A strong online presence is critical for any brand, and for QUAD Systems this was no different. Their site was the core of a digital strategy, which we developed to be a resource hub, in addition to showcasing the range of products. We developed consistent blog content to demonstrate QUAD Systems’ technical capabilities and educate its audience. Topics addressed common industry pain points and the innovative approach that QUAD Systems takes to solve complex problems. The content built credibility for its products and used key words and popular search questions to improve SEO in blogs to make the brand’s website more visible to those searching for solutions. 

We also used social media to create a sense of community around the brand. We developed QUAD Systems’ social media presence from the ground up, finalising messaging, tone of voice and strategy to focus on building engagement, expand their network and developing a community to directly interact with the brand. To build engagement we crafted dynamic content such as graphics and polls and built new connections. 

To further expand QUAD Systems’ reach and grow their audience, we developed a paid social media strategy consisting of a number of social media ad campaigns to highlight the company’s unique products and deals. These ads were created to increase brand awareness and capture the attention of potential clients by emphasising QUAD Systems’ expertise to their target audience. The social ads were designed to increase engagement by encouraging viewers to learn more about the company, directing traffic to the website and generating high quality leads. As a result, the campaigns significantly boosted website visits and delivered an increase in lead conversions. 

To further support QUAD System’s visibility and brand presence, we designed eye-catching event collateral including banners and informative leaflets and leave behinds. These marketing materials captured attention in busy environments, conveyed the brand’s messaging effectively, working alongside its new digital presence to create a consistent brand online and offline.  

By aligning all these elements, we created a cohesive content strategy for QUAD Systems across multiple touchpoints. As a result, we helped QUAD Systems build credibility in a crowded industry, ensuring they were seen as a trusted innovator in the space.
